A Disclaimer If You Are Going Off Your Anti-Depression Meds
Do so wisely and with the right support.
I’m a big fan of natural healing and of using alternative medicine to heal clinical depression. Still, if a person has been on medication for a while and decides to go off, they need to do so with common sense.
Here is the disclaimer I wrote for my book Healing Depression Naturally.
