Light therapy may be the solution you have been waiting for?
My recently deceased friend Jerrold Mundis was a best-selling writer who published 40 novels and books of nonfiction, including selections by the Book-of -the-Month Club, Literary Guild, and One Spirit Book Club. He also coached writers from beginners to best-selling authors, and helped them break writer’s block — forever –in a single afternoon consultation. Just as significantly, for our purposes, Jerry had to cope with depression through his entire adult life.
I asked him to tell me how light therapy reduced his symptoms.
“I recently began using light therapy on a regular basis I have a strong element of SAD (seasonal affective disorder) in my It’s not the totality by any means, but it does play a strong role.
